Opportunity DescriptionOur client is seeking a CreditCollections Specialist to join their team in Pinebrook, NJ. This is a part-time, contract role with potential for permanent hire. Training and equipment will be provided.Location - Pine Brook, New Jersey (100% onsite)Hourly Rate - $23.00 Per Hour Position Type: Contract (with potential to become permanent for the right candidate)Work Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (20+ hours per week)Company InformationConsumer Products, toys and gamesJob DutiesReview reports to identify customers with outstanding debts.Contact customers to collect debts or negotiate payment arrangements.Utilize calling reports to implement strategies for recovering debts.Manage the credit inbox, addressing customer inquiries, payments, and requests for invoicestatement copies.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment attempts, and payments collected.Submit weekly reports on the status of accounts and repayment progress.Escalate payment issues to the credit manager for non-compliant or vulnerable customers.Qualifications:1-2 years of creditcollections andor accounts receivable experienceJoin a dynamic team and help ensure financial health while fostering strong customer relationships in the exciting industry!
