This individual will focus on business projections, developing advanced financial reporting and analysis, and providing strategic financial insights. Reporting to the FP&A Sr Director and collaborating closely with stakeholders, this role requires a proactive approach to financial analysis, scenario modeling and decision support. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Schedule: This is a Hybrid role out of Frisco TX or Downers Grove IL locations. Essential Duties: Develop and evaluate financial scenarios for budgeting and forecasting as well as to assess opportunities and strategic options. Create and maintain consolidated KPI metrics reporting, analyzing trends and variances to organizational goals. Support management with timely and accurate information and ad hoc reporting to support effective decision-making. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Manage large sets of data effectively and efficiently. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, modeling accuracy and analytical capabilities. Implement standard processes and automated ways of working for better supporting business while being more effective. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards Performs other duties as assigned Performance Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions and provide decision support. Possesses the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and able to reprioritize as the situation changes, while being comfortable with ambiguity. Exhibits good time management skills and a focus on meeting deliverables. Possesses a high level of organization and attention to detail, driving decisions across multiple constituents. Position Requirements & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar Preferred Master's degree Minimum four years of progressive, financial analysis experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookup functions, if statements, etc.), including financial modeling and data analysis techniques. Preferred Experience with financial systems and tools such as Oracle and Smartview.
