About Us:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven EmailDigital Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing outbound marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives while creating innovative customer experiences. If you are passionate about digital marketing and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing teams to understand business needs and design effective outbound campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other channels.Campaign Execution: Build and execute end-to-end outbound campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and a consistent customer experience across all channels.Campaign Management: Create and maintain email templates, develop customer segments, and implement targeting strategies to optimize performance and personalization.Content & Personalization: Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other marketing team members to develop compelling, personalized content.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization and continuous improvement.Adopt New Technologies: Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and emerging channel capabilities. Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that drive results.Process Improvement: Streamline the outbound campaign production process through automation and process enhancements, integrating new tools and technologies as needed.Team Collaboration & Support: Coordinate with the Global Production team, Associate Director, and Director to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Support Global Outbound Production Specialists in developing their skills and resolving issues.Basic Qualifications:2-3 years of hands-on experience in email and outbound campaign production, particularly using SalesforceExactTarget or similar marketing platforms.Basic knowledge of HTML and email design best practices.Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
