Position Summary: The CFO will lead and oversee all financial operations, ensuring effective management of key corporate finance functions. This includes accounting, audit, capital and credit management, reporting, insurance, tax, and treasury across multiple business entities. Additionally, the role drives financial planning and analysis to support business unit performance.This executive will shape and implement financial policies, build a high-performing finance team, and establish financial controls that align with the company's business strategy while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.The ideal candidate will have extensive finance leadership experience at the enterprise level within industries such as real estate, banking, consumer lending, financial services, or mortgage servicing. The role requires a blend of strategic foresight, executive advisory skills, and hands-on leadership to develop a scalable financial structure that supports business growth while managing risk effectively.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in senior finance roles with increasing responsibility.5+ years in an executive leadership position.Extensive expertise in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Minimum of 5 years in financial services, private equity, or a related field.Strong understanding of GAAP, budgeting principles, and data-driven financial decision-making.Experience leading financial growth strategies at a large-scale organization.Background in capital raising and managing credit facilities.Skills & Abilities:Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to collaborate at the executive level.Track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing finance teams.Deep financial and technical expertise, particularly in strategic planning.Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial data to stakeholders.Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.Experience navigating and leading change in dynamic business environments.Exceptional organizational and negotiation abilities.Location:This position is based on the West Coast of Florida. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently in the area.
