Length of contract: 6+ monthsWe are looking for an energetic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role requires someone who is a versatile problem-solver-a resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling diverse challenges, and can seamlessly support various teams across our organization, including operations, customer support, finance, compliance and communications. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to adapt quickly, we want to hear from you!Responsibilitiesâ— Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with multiple teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.â— Project Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and executing operational projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.â— Customer Support: Help manage various lines of customer support across the business, ensuring efficient response times and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.â— Partnership & Marketing: Help manage partnerships and marketing efforts for our self-serve publisher program, acting as an account manager to onboard and support publishers and journalists.
