Financial Manager (Lead) - On-Site | Norfolk, VASecret Clearance Required We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager (Lead) to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This on-site role involves leading financial management support services for a government contract, ensuring compliance with federal standards, and driving strategic financial initiatives.Responsibilities: • Act as the primary liaison to the Government for financial management support. • Identify challenges and develop strategic financial solutions. • Oversee financial application automation and process improvements. • Ensure compliance with government regulations and accounting principles. • Prepare milestone reports and executive-level presentations.Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (Master's preferred). • 7+ years of DoD financial management experience, including budgeting and cost estimation. • 5+ years leading financial teams of 10+ members. • Strong executive presentation and data visualization skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, and data management. • Knowledge of DoD financial policies, PPBE process, FIAR compliance, and financial systems. • Government security clearance required.If you have the expertise and leadership experience to make an impact, we encourage you to apply!
