Date Posted: 02172025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 478347 Job Title: Project Coordinator Job Location: Lansing, MI, USA, 48933 Work Model: Hybrid Shift: Position will be hybrid work schedule with 2 days a week anticipated and Tuesdays being mandatory in office Employment Type: Temporary Estimated Duration (In months): 7 Min Hourly Rate ($): 28.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 30.00 Must Have SkillsAttributes: Change Management, Communications, Documentation, KPI, Project Management, Quality Control (QC) Job Description ***Only qualified Project Coordinator located in the Lansing, MI to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence*** ***Candidates MUST be local at time of submission*** Required SkillsExperience: • Professional experience as an executive administrative assistant or coordinator • Experience facilitating meetings, preparing communication materials, budget tracking etc. • Outstanding organizational and communication skills • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a fundamental understanding of IT concepts and project management methodology Project Coordinator This position will: Ensure consistency with the Client project management methodology (Client), investment management and systems engineering methodology Project Documentation & Reporting • Maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps • Create and distribute status reports highlighting progress, risks, and key milestones • Organize and track project documentation, KPIs, and deliverables Scheduling & Coordination • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track • Manage action items, resources, and dependencies to align teams Stakeholder Communication • Serve as the primary liaison between the Project Manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders • Facilitate workgroup meetings, provide backup support for the PM, and prepare communication materials • Ensure stakeholders receive regular updates on status, risks, and changes Task & Resource Management • Assign and track tasks, monitor progress, and ensure teams remain on schedule • Oversee resource allocation and budget tracking • Conduct bi-weekly Time View timesheet audits and assist Resource Managers in necessary adjustments Risk & Issue Tracking • Identify and escalate risks and issues while maintaining a risk log • Ensure action plans are in place to mitigate risks and resolve problems Quality Control & Change Management • Support project teams in completing Client documentation as per the Tailoring Plan • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and assist in managing scope changes • Conduct impact analyses for schedule and budget changes, aiding in Change Request submissions **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. ** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
