Job Title: Senior Mechanical Project Engineering Manager Location: Berlin, NJSalary: $190K - $210KAre you an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a passion for managing large-scale power and infrastructure projects? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Mechanical Project Engineering Manager to lead design activities and serve as the primary client contact, overseeing the successful delivery of critical energy infrastructure this key leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical design activities for power generation and infrastructure projects. As the Senior Mechanical Project Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met with innovative, sustainable, and efficient mechanical systems.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all mechanical design activities for power and infrastructure projects, including HVAC, piping, and central utility systems.Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, managing expectations, and providing expert advice on technical solutions.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including electrical, structural, and civil engineers, to ensure seamless integration of systems and alignment with project objectives.Prepare and review detailed engineering designs, calculations, and technical reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met within scope and client satisfaction is achieved.Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for projects, ensuring all potential challenges are proactively addressed.Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in mechanical engineering for power infrastructure projects.Qualifications:Extensive experience in mechanical system design for power generation and infrastructure projects, including project management responsibilities.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional engineering teams.Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management abilities.Proficiency in design software, engineering tools, and industry codes.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.Benefits:Competitive salary401(k) matchedMedical & dentalLife and disability insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and developmentIf you're a results-driven Mechanical Project Engineering Manager with a desire to make a lasting impact on the future of power and energy infrastructure, we want to hear from you.
