Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Mission CriticalJob Location: Boston, Massachusetts 02210 (Hybrid Role) Onsite Requirements:Requires 7+ years of experience.Must have an engineering background - Architectural, Structural (Civil), Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (within civilarchitectural industries).Must have experience running entire projects from conception to delivery (not just a lead title).Must come from an ArchitectureEngineering firm.Experience in Data Farms, Mission Critical Facilities, and Clean Room Labs is essential Job Description:Client is a top ranked national full-service engineering firm specializing in MEPFP and technology services.Works in multiple sectors including Science & Technology, Mission Critical, Academic, Healthcare, and Commercial its 75th year of operation with a staff of 500+ located across nine offices.Proud to be one of the leading independently owned engineering firms in the country.Job Opportunity:Looking for a Senior MEP Project Manager in the dynamic Boston office (Hybrid role).This is a senior-level role, where you will play an integral part in: Business developmentClient relationsMentorship of junior staff Responsibilities:Management of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projects.Responsible for client communications.Should have knowledge of technical terms and be able to have a good rapport with outside partners.Effectively develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents, and close-out.Collaborate and coordinate with all trade departments.Construction Administration activities including: Submittal reviewsRFI responsesShop Drawing reviews.Ability to perform site investigation surveys to support design efforts and interim and final punch list reviews to support Construction Administration and Project Closeout.Manages QC and deliverables as well as deadlines.Assist with business development.Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skill Requirements:Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.Master's & PE license preferred.10+ years of project management experience.Understand industry trends.Fluency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and cloud tools.Strong communication and computer skills are required.Working knowledge of BIM and Revit.The preferred candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.** 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply. **
