Duties: Reviewing computer screen for hours at a time. Able to walk to the production floor for clarification on material Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department Purchase order review and order entry. Confirm order acknowledgements to sales reps.Requirements: Minimum of two years administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with ERP system. Effective written and verbal communication skills Use of order entry in an ERP system. (Baan preferred) Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail.
