Our team is committed to delivering best-in-class opportunities that drive both visibility and revenue for our talent.Position Overview:Maxx MGMT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager, Sales and Business Development to spearhead our efforts in securing brand partnerships for our clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and closing deals that align with our clients' brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry connections, a deep understanding of brand marketing strategies, and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role will ideally report in-person 3 days a week but open to candidates outside of NJ. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate new business opportunities and brand partnerships for Maxx MGMT's clients.Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at brands, agencies, and corporations.Lead negotiations and close deals that drive revenue and visibility for clients.Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling pitches and proposals tailored to brand needs.Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to identify emerging partnership opportunities.Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.Work closely with talent managers to ensure alignment between brand partnerships and client goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or brand partnerships, preferably in sports, entertainment, or talent management.Strong network of contacts within brand marketing, advertising agencies, and sponsorship divisions.Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage long-term partnerships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Experience working with talent is a plus.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with high-profile talent and brands.Collaborative and innovative team petitive salary and performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company.If you are a motivated sales and business development professional passionate about creating impactful brand opportunities, we want to hear from you!
