Job Description: Worker will interact with all the technical functions inside Propulsion System Service area in order to harmonize the internal processes on specific programs acting as reference for the other technical areas of Engineering and Quality organization.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Coordinate validation activities and dedicated facilities on Vehicles by means of specific Level III Address human resources to fulfill Testing, Fleet, Triage and Tutorship tasks Define test, providing facilities and human resources necessary to support the programs from validation point of view Report program status, eventual containment actions and necessary countermeasures to eventual troubles of Vehicle's development Tech. coordination of issues of Validation & RG fleet from their First Level Analysis to GIM edition Tech. coordination of External resources intervention on site for triage operations, on Fleet and during experimental testing activities on BenchDyno Tech coordination of HV Battery Suppliers interventions on site (in Plant or at Development Center) Tech coordination of Test Benches activities synchronized at the program development by means of a dedicated Level IIIRequirements: Engineering degree and three to five years' experience in the automotive industry Capability of Project and Team Management Capability to manage very complex electromechanical High Voltage systems Capability to address human resources and facilities to the program goals Problem solvingWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
