Job Responsibilities Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on aircraft engines, systems, and components. Diagnose and repair mechanical, structural, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure aircraft reliability. Collaborate with a team to resolve complex aircraft issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records per regulations. Follow strict safety protocols and industry best practices. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Valid Aircraft Mechanic License and completion of an accredited aviation maintenance program 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (military or civilian) Experience with avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and powerplants Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow technical manuals Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic maintenance tracking programs Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying hangar conditions Ability to travel as needed and work weekendsevenings when required Why Join Us?
