Must havesJob Description:Must Haves5+ years of experience as an Actuary Experience in the Life Insurance spaceGreat understanding of how M&A deals work in the context of life insurance, annuities, and deal models. Analysis with internal stakeholdersModeling experience: must have GGY AXIS experience Ability to work in Excel with cash flow modelsFSA - Fellowship of the Society of Actuaries OR AAA approaching FSA RequiredCritical thinking ability to pivot when needed D2DComing up with pricing assumptions working in GGY access analyzing and summarizing appraisals, CIMs, material in an M&A type of process. Cash flow analysis coming up with cash flow metrics, deal models. This person will be part of a team but would also be working with others on a broader team (business line pricing teams) Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an Actuary to join one of their biggest insurance employers. The candidate will be working on M&A large block reinsurance deals, modeling, analyzing projections, and evaluating deals on a day to day basis. This person will work directly with investment bankers and take information from them and from deal appraisals in order to summarize for internal stakeholders and management. It is important this person has the ability to pivot when needed as it is a fast paced, busy environment.
