REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Someone who is more new business focused than upsell cross-sell Experience working at an agency and has sold some sort of advertising service - specifically selling to brands, not agencies Any printphysical media experience Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the ecommerce and tech industries. They started as e-commerce marketers , and launched the company with a goal of turning direct mail into a high performing, scalable channel for a digitally native client set. They're a full-service direct mail agency, media program operator, and technology platform, serving some of your favorite e-commerce and tech brands (such as Lyft, Grubhub, etc.). They value data-driven thinking, speed, persistence, creativity, and teamwork. They are excited to be transforming an old-school channel into something new through data, product, technology, and a service-driven mentality. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales to lead their sales efforts and drive business growth. In this role, this person would also be responsible for scoping out the team structure, hiring needs, and building the team. This senior-level position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the marketing industry and possess strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills. Compensation:Base: $165,000 - $185,000OTE: $340,000 - $410,000
