Senior Financial Analyst - Southlake, TX (100k-105k + ...

LHH is working with a company in the Southlake area that is adding a new Senior Financial Analyst to their team. This individual will lead efforts in financial forecasting, annual budgeting, variance analysis, and special projects. Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams, the Analyst will develop tools and analyses to enhance understanding of product and customer profitability, new product economics, and portfolio growth drivers. Additionally, this role will support treasury functions by preparing 13-week cash flow forecasts and analyzing liquidity for stakeholder reporting.Job Responsibilities:Analyze profitability of top customers, product categories, and specific items.Conduct monthly variance analysis and track performance against forecasts and budgets.Assist department heads with financial reviews and operational assessments.Generate insights from historical financial data to identify growth opportunities.Consolidate and streamline scorecards, reports, and KPIs through automation.Analyze and report on customer marketing programs.Evaluate capital expenditures, conduct ROI analysis, and review post-audit results.Recommend process improvements and reporting enhancements based on changing business dynamics.Support 13-week cash flow reporting and budget variance analysis.Assist with borrowing base certificates and provide support to treasury functions as needed.Conduct ad hoc business analysis to convert data into actionable insights.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; accounting experience and cost comprehension are advantageous.Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and lead implementation.Knowledge of cost accounting principles is beneficial.Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.If you are interested in this opportunity, or any other career opportunities from LHH Recruitment Solutions please send your resume to:
