Our firm is taking their years of retail marketing experience and launching a brand new client focused on promotional campaigns in the automotive sector. In order to successfully execute our upcoming events, we are hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist immediately. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, executing locksmith duties and programming of car remotes.Responsibilities:Programming keys, re-keying and cutting to codeCreating automotive keys and programming transpondersMaintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of salesManage on-site InventoryTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsRequirements:Proven customer service and sales experienceEvaluate customer needs, recommended solutions and quickly build relationships.Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferredPrevious sales and customer service experienceMust be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervisionStrong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervisedStay up-to-date with new features and product launchesAbility to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter exit other vehicles
