Maintains competency and performs at least one of the following on a routine basis: mammography interventional procedures i.e. Affirm / Stereotactic, diagnostic radiology, ultrasound, or bone density. Provides back up coverage for the Lead / QA Mammography Technologist, performs quality control, and consults with physicians. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with medical / clinical staff, students, and patients. Required Skills & Experience: -A minimum of one (1) - two (2) years of experience in performing mammography. Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/A Required Education: -Post high school completion of an ARRT approved program in radiologic technology. Preferred Education: -One (1) - two (2) years of college/university and/or undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field. Required Certifications & Licensure: -ARRT registered IN radiology (RTR) and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer. -Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-M. -American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS).
