Certification Details BLS Active License Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Certification Job Details Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission. Banner has a specific cover page! PLEASE vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT/work in. Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission. If interested in 'any' location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.) All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page. All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept. Job Requirements 24 months minimum of current Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist experience - REQUIRED Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED No License Hits - REQUIRED Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old) Travel experience - Preferred Schedule Information RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays. Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment. Unit Specific Information Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
