Investment Banking Vice President - Business Services

I'm currently partnered with a leading mid-market Investment Bank as they look to hire a 1st or 2nd year Vice President to their Business Services group in Chicago. The team advises midupper-mid market companies and financial sponsors on buy and sell-side M&A engagements. Responsibilities:Quarterbacking the execution of deals from start to finishAttending client meetingsSupervising Analyst and Associate level banking professionalsPlaying key leadership roles in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in M&A executionWorking on lean deal teams to maintain client relations and building M&A product expertiseQualifications:~6+ years of experience at another investment bank or M&A Advisory firm with some focus within the Industrials or Business Services space.Sponsor-backed company M&A advisory experience is preferred.
