Equity Analyst - (Concentrated/Long Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on a long-only, concentrated (25-30 positions) public equities strategy. Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential investment opportunities across various sectors (excluding therapeutics and heavy commodities-facing industrials).Develop and present investment theses with a strong focus on long-term value creation.Monitor and evaluate existing portfolio positions.Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and industry news.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.5+ years of relevant expeirence (ideally experience at a directional single manager)Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.About the Team: The team has a proven track record of success, consistently outperforming benchmarks.
