Required Skills & Experience- 5 years of commercial lending experience-Experience with syndications and agency loans- Hands on experience with either Loan IQ or ACBS (ACBS preferred)- Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldNice to Have Skills & Experience- Supply chain (booking loans purchasing deals on discount)Job DescriptionOne of Insight Global's top client within the investment banking industry is looking for a loan administrator to join their team on site 3 days a week in Metro Park, NJ. This candidate will perform administrative tasks to support the operational requirements of commercial loans and credit activities. They will act as the POC for client and agent bank accounts, establish credit authorizations, ensure timely disbursement of funds, and process transactions through the bank's loan system for accurate accounting. Reporting into the loan supervisor, the loan administrator will also : - Set up and maintain credit authorizations, fee schedules, and loan templates based on closing requests and agreements. - Enter fee information into the system as per closing requests and notifications. - Check reports to identify transactions due within five days and handle rollovers or paydowns. - Coordinate with currency desks for loan funding. - Record transactions for Standby Letters of Credit. - Follow up on late payments, missing interest, or fees with clients or agent banks. - Send out notices and confirmations for loans, interest, and fees promptly. Work with commercial groups to prepare funding memos and ensure accurate entry into the system.
