This individual will be responsible for authoring and approving specifications, documentation, package line trials and package testing to support product release. They will assist with change orders on the manufacturing floor and supporting packaging projects and possess the ability to influence with multi-functional teams in a face-paced environment. They will need the ability to pursue complex technical issues and create innovative solutions in the areas of product, packages, process, mechanistic understand and consumer insights. This individual should think and develop future strategies in key focus areas such as sustainability, e-commerce, and package pensation:$35hr to $40hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
