Technical Project Manager (Engineering Team, Oversees Agile Release Train)• Agile Release Train Management - Oversees all aspects of agile planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and release coordination.• Cross-Team Coordination - Ensures alignment across engineering, product, and UX teams.• Dependency & Risk Management - Identifies and mitigates roadblocks early.• Stakeholder Reporting - Provides transparency on progress, risks, and delivery timelines.• Process Improvement - Continuously refines agile workflows and release processes.• Tools Proficiency - Strong in Jira, Confluence, and agile planning tools.Role: Technical PMSitting within Citi's Operations & Technology organization, the Chief Information Office plays a critical role in delivering data-focused technology solutions to drive Citi's businesses activities. Specifically, the Data Engineering practice, known as Information Services Group (ISG), has a responsibility to provide centralized data and operations platforms spanning reference data (accounts, documents, securities, pricing, corporate actions, legal agreements), transactions, and lending services.Responsibilities:• Provides IT strategic direction for projects managed including developing detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.• Exercises influence over project budget, policy formulation and planning.• Has significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.• Provides expertise in projects managed and demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.• Possesses an understanding of client core business functions.• Directly impacts the business through contribution to technical direction and strategic decisions for IT Project Leadership.• Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions and Lines of Business)• Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology to achieve technology objectives.• Responsible for coordinating and maintaining project resourcecapacity, benefits, project plan (issues, business critical milestones, issues escalation track, IT implementations, etc.)• Coordinate budget planning and estimates with Business office, IT business analysts and development leads• Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.• Responsible for managing Pricing and or Holiday reference data projects across multiple line of business.• Direct communication with senior technology business analysts and developers• Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to ensure all aspects of a projects are managed in accordance with CITI program management standardsQualifications:• 10+ years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field• Prior experience managing multiple large technology projects for a financial institution• Data Governance skills preferred• Familiar with Agile Methodology• Comfortable presenting to senior leaders (Director and Managing Director)• Knowledge of reference data - particularly with pricing, securities data attributes preferred• Excellent presentation and organization skills (Confluence, JIRA, PowerPoint)• PMP or CAPM certification (nice to have)• Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred• For USA-based Roles: US Citizen or Green Card holders only.• Located within a commutable distance to the local Citi office, and able to adhere to a minimum schedule of three (3) days physically in office per week.Education:• Bachelor'sUniversity degree or equivalent experience• Master's degree preferred
