This information will help simplify client experiences as you solve their technology needs and develop contracts for them. Our innovative portfolio includes fiber Internet access, Ethernet, managed network, managed security, managed Wi-Fi services, and Enterprise Voice and TV solutions. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION The Client Services Manager IV is an expert position which works with high monthly revenue clients, larger employee counts, and advanced levels of IT and billing resources. The Client Services Manager is highly collaborative with great leadership skills which will be displayed as you work face to face with assigned clientele and various internal teams, working to improve the life cycle of clients. This role will also require technical aptitude.
