***On-site role***Job Description:The Senior Industrial Engineer (Sr IE) supports and advances Operational Excellence throughout the Organization, utilizing intensive and diversified knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments, and leads initiatives to refine processes while reducing waste to yield efficiencies that deliver tangible benefits. The Sr IE uses advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices to resolve issues related to safety, compliance, quality, delivery andor morale. The Sr IE observes the work, conducts time and motion studies, stratifies losses and performs root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
