About The Role We're looking for a Coach Recruiter to join our Revenue team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and screening top-tier entrepreneurs and business coaches to join our Bloom Growth Coach program. Bloom Growth Coaches guide and support our clients on the BGOS journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, an understanding of the business coaching and or entrepreneurial industry, and a passion for helping businesses grow through expert guidance. Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and execute effective strategies to attract and recruit qualified entrepreneurs andor business coaches who align with our company's values and client needs. Sourcing & Screening: Identify and engage potential coach candidates through multiple channels including outside sales vendor sourcing, job boards, social media, and networking. Review qualifying questions, conduct 25-minute Warm Calls and 90-minute Discovery Meetings to assess candidates' qualifications and coaching experience. Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional recruitment experience for coach candidates by ensuring clear communication, sharing the Bloom Growth Coach Journey, timely responses, and providing full transparency throughout the hiring process. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with qualified entrepreneurs andor top business coaches, both active and passive, to create a robust talent pipeline with our CRM (Hubspot). Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure the recruitment process stays competitive and relevant. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as leadership, HR, Bloom Growth OS Team, and operations teams) to ensure coaching requirements are met and aligned with company goals. Performance Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes. Fill quarterly coach recruiting classes. What We Look For 5+ years of successful recruitment agency experience. 3+ years experience preferred in recruiting top-tier business coaches andor entrepreneurs. Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills. Strong understanding of business coaching and the skills required to be successful. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently, and under pressure with a sense of urgency. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using Hubspot deal pipelines, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools. Ability to travel. This role will travel approximately one week per quarter and possibly more to business development, recruiting or marketing events. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as any applicable employment laws. This salary range is for someone whose permanent address is in the United States.
