The Strategic Growth Advisor position is a high energy leadership role with proven track record in luxury sales. Strategic Growth Advisor shall create and maintain a culture of personal, professional, and financial growth designed to energize and inspire Advisors and support staff associates to consistently pursue mastery in their professional career and personal life. Pacific Sotheby's International Realty delivers global reach at a local level - like no other firm.Global Real Estate Advisors Training and Coaching:On-Going Training: Strategic Growth Advisor shall construct, promote, and facilitate Desert SIR systems trainings on new sales strategies, tolls and systems, ensuring Global Real Estate Advisors stay ahead in an evolving market. Such skills training shall largely utilize the Ninja Selling, Sotheby's International Realty and Luxury Real Estate brand resources.Ninja Coaching: Strategic Growth Advisor shall implement and lead weekly Ninja Skills groups and encourage Advisors in improving selling skills and performance.Active Coaching: Strategic Growth Advisor shall support Advisors on key listing consultations and buyer interviews with an emphasis on the luxury market.RecruitingRetention:Recruitment: Strategic Growth Advisor shall collaborate with the Market Senior Leader to attract and recruit top-tier talent, strengthening our presence in the marketing and elevating overall team performance.Association and Follow Up: Strategic Growth Advisor shall work closely with support staff associates though the Association process including weekly follow up communication with recruit.Culture Standards:Inspired Culture: Strategic Growth Advisor shall embody Company's culture by creating and maintaining an office environment where Advisors and support staff are inspired to experience personal, professional, and financial growth with an emphasis on the brand and Ninja Selling resources.Lead by Example: Strategic Growth Advisor shall lead by example in supporting Company's use of preferred company products, services, and networks.Availability: Strategic Growth Advisor shall communicate their weekly schedule to Advisors and support staff associates and respond in a timely manner via established communication methods. Strategic Growth Advisor shall establish coverage in the event they are out of the office.Physical Office: Strategic Growth Advisor shall oversee the day-to-day operation of the office including both internal and external pensation & Benefits:Salary range dependent upon experience.Base Salary: $30,000Total Range Inclusive of Base Salary, Gross Profit Incentives & Recruiting Incentives: $40,000-$85,000Strategic Growth Advisor can maintain their personal real estate business by actively participating in client interactions and property transactions alongside their Strategic Growth Advisor responsibilities.Position is a minimum of 30 hours per weekIn addition to base pay, we provide employees with the opportunity to select coverage under a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) and other plans.Employee will be eligible for Sick Time in accordance with our Paid Time Off Policy.
