Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVPICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/17/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel - Primary Unit: PICU - Will float to Pediatrics, and NICU if needed for an appropriate assignment (Confirm floating with traveler)... - There may be additional float units based on skill set and hospital needs... - Must have 2+ years of PICU critical care experience with 1 year of cardiac experience. Both must be documented on skills checklist - Must be competent to care for CT patients with ASD (arterial septal defect), VSD (ventricular septal defect), AV Canal Defect, Valve replacements, Glenn and Fontan procedures, TOF (Tetralogy of Fallot), s/p cardiac cath and ablations, cardiac transplant, post cardiac surgery... - Medtronic pacemakers, Tele monitoring REQ - Experience in BIPAP/CPAP, vents, high flow nasal cannula, trachs REQ - Patient Ratio: 1:2+ (Confirm with traveler)... - 19 beds on the unit... - BLS & PALS required; NRP preferred Call or text Bethany if interested!
