We take a relationship-driven approach, ensuring employers and their employees receive personalized service and expert guidance at every step.We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for managing client relationships, handling enrollment changes, onboarding new clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth and seamless benefits experience.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management & SupportServe as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to employee benefits.Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.Respond to employee and employer questions regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims.Advocate for clients by working with carriers to resolve benefit issues and discrepancies.Enrollment & Benefits AdministrationProcess enrollment changes, terminations, and life event updates accurately and in a timely manner.Assist clients with benefits administration systems, ensuring smooth usage and troubleshooting any issues.Coordinate with insurance carriers to confirm enrollments, update records, and resolve any discrepancies.New Client OnboardingManage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.Set up benefits administration systems and provide training for HR teams and employees.Ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements are completed accurately.Open Enrollment SupportAssist with open enrollment planning and execution.Support and coordinate open enrollment meetings to educate employees on their benefit options.Ensure all enrollment transactions and carrier paperwork are processed on time.Process Improvement & Team CollaborationContinuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance client experience.Support the sales and service team with special projects and initiatives as needed.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, compliance updates, and best practices.Who You AreExperience: 2+ years in employee benefits, insurance account management, or a related anized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with benefits administration platforms, carrier systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).A Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits concepts clearly to employers and employees.A Problem-Solver: Ability to think critically and resolve client issues efficiently.Client-Focused: Passion for delivering outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.What We OfferCompetitive salary and retirement benefitsCareer growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding teamFlexible work environment with a supportive, people-first company cultureA meaningful role where you can make an impact by helping businesses and employees navigate their benefitsIf you're passionate about client service and benefits administration, we encourage you to apply today!
