Our mission is to empower scientific researchers and organizations with cutting-edge solutions that streamline laboratory workflows and enhance collaboration.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Labii Inc. located in San Mateo, CA. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.ResponsibilitiesManage the sales pipeline and develop long-term strategies for success.Prospect and identify new leads using innovative sales strategies.Deliver compelling product demos to potential customers.Follow up with leads and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Train customers on using Labii's platform.Provide customer support and assist in resolving issues.Act as a project coordinator for customer implementations.Visit customers for relationship-building and product implementation.Attend trade shows and industry events to generate new leads.Work efficiently in a small team and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Be comfortable working off-hours to accommodate global customer time zones.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of full life-cycle sales experience in a SaaS environment.Proven experience in B2B sales.Strong ability to develop relationships with new customers and act as a consultant.Background in biotech or healthcare industries.Experience working with CRM tools.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the ELN, LIMS.Background in biotech or healthcare technologies.Benefits401(k) retirement planHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings account (HSA)Paid time off (PTO)Parental leaveJoin Labii and be a part of building the future of scientific research tools!
