Michiana Rotational Molding, a leading rotational molder, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:Design and develop high-quality plastic components and assemblies using CAD and SolidWorks.Ensure that all designs meet the highest of quality, functionality, and manufacturability.Serve as the primary point of contact for project management, coordinating and leading cross-functional municate project objectives, milestones, and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation within the organization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred.Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks software.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience in rotational molding is a plus.Join our forward-thinking organization and become a rotomolding engineer extraordinaire!
