Our client in the insurance industry (property, commercial and residential) is looking for a Sales SpecialistAccount Executive to join their growing team in Lake Forest, CA. This is a full-time and long term role, that is hybrid- two days a week in the office. There is a large book of business for you to start with and then expand as well.Day-to-Day Duties:Manage a $3 million book of business, including various industriesSupport in business development for existing and potential clientsEnsure accuracy in coverage, dates, premiums, and other detailsFacilitate communication between agents, underwriters, and clientsHandle cancellation and non-renewal notices in a timely mannerRespond to service-related requests from internal teams, reinsurers, and clientsManage certificates, resolve queries, and provide quotations and bindersOversee renewal activities and handle client accounting inquiriesProvide guidance to staff and ensure client retentionMaintain accurate data in the agency management systemCreate proposals, follow up on signed forms and paymentsForward claims to carriersMust-Have Requirements:5+ years of experience in insurance salesKnowledge of AMS 360Vertafore is highly preferredP7C insurance license for CaliforniaExperience managing a multi-million-dollar book of businessSalary: Base of $75K-$90K plus commission on any new business brought in, end of year bonus, generous medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k, PTO and paid sick days.*** Local candidates only please ***
