There is huge potential for growth, and we welcome anyone who is up to a challenging yet rewarding journey!Position DescriptionReporting to the Financial Manager and above, the Junior AccountantAssistant Store Manager is responsible for maintaining and recording all financial records of the organization in the general ledger and corresponding accounts. In addition, they will also assist with office administrative tasks as needed.Expectations of the Successful CandidateNew graduates are welcome!No previous work experience is required, training will be providedBachelor's Degree in accounting Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principlesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsEffective time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detailStrong ability in working with Microsoft Office suite applicationsStrong multitasking skills and ability to perform tasks effectively under pressureHigh level of organizational capabilitiesProvide strong support to the Store Manager in ensuring smooth operationsDuties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily store operations, including prepping ingredients, making beverages, and maintaining cleanliness.Support store manager with staff supervision, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies to keep the store running municate with the store manager to ensure alignment of HR and operational policies.Check, verify, and record RFBT's financial transactions such as purchase invoices and expenses.Allocate and post financial transaction details to subsidiary books and general ledger.Track and maintain inventory records.Know RFBT's products well to answer questions confidently.Coordinate with senior accountants and finance teams.Handle routine correspondence and financial inquiries.Assist with various ad hoc and administrative responsibilities as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
