Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:Execute various accounting duties, including accounts payable, processing invoices and processing depositCollect descriptions for credit cards from staff and prepare reportsReview and reconcile invoice discrepanciesCorrespond with vendors and respond to inquiriesOversee an efficient office environment, including purchasing office supplies, and directing internal communicationsClerical support for all office staff, including filing, copying and coordinating mailEager to help with new tasks projectsJob Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:2-3 years experience assisting in a busy accounting officeSuperior organizational skills; oral as well as written communication skills; good presentation and interpersonal skills; resourceful; flexible and adaptable; takes initiative; ability to multitask; reliable.Microsoft Office Skills - Word, ExcelQuickBooks a plus
