Certification Details BLS ACLS NIHSS ND or compact state RN License Job Details Management of 1-3 critically ill patients Management of varying patient populations including critically ill neuro, cardiac, CT surgery, trauma, medical, and surgical patients Ability to manage vasopressors, sedatives, analgesics, inotropics, antiarrhythmics, and other titratable drips Assistance with bedside procedures including RSI, EVD placement, Tracheostomy, line placement, and other diagnostic tests Equipment utilized includes EPIC EMR, Omnicell Automated Dispensing Cabinet, Aleris IV pumps, MOOG Feeding pumps, IABP, EVD, Phillips Patient Monitoring Systems, AvaSure patient Monitoring, Impella Job Requirements 2 years of experience in large hospital (over 200 beds), level 1 trauma Ability to care for critically ill patients independently ND or compact state RN License BLS - must be AHA ACLS - must be AHA NIHSS Schedule Information Travelers in this role will call in each day prior to their shift to find out where they will be working Day/Night Rotate - 8 and 12 hour shifts, occasional 4 hour shifts Every other Weekend Every other Holiday No call required Employee will not work alone Unit Specific Information Floating to all critical care departments in Sanford Fargo including 5AB, Intermediate ICU with ratios up to 4:1 and Broadway ICU with ratios up to 3:1 May be required to float to med surg units as needed Additional Details Does this candidate require time-off during the assignment?
