Job Title: Associate, Business Development Work Timing: Core Business HoursDescription We are seeking a motivated Associate to drive sales, increase revenue, and build strong client relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters to fulfill job orders while working closely with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure effective project execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships to generate sales and revenue.Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Generate and manage job orders from intake to fulfilment.Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn) to track activities and manage business growth.Work cross-functionally to support hiring needs across different business units.Good to have:CustomerCandidate FocusResults municates Effectively and delivers written and verbal communication.Planning & PrioritizationDecision MakingCollaborationEducation and Experience: Bachelor's Degree andor 0 to 18 months technology?sales or staffing?experience required.
