We play a crucial role in developing strategy, launching and scaling growth initiatives, supporting operational execution, and identifying attractive inorganic growth opportunities. As a leader on the team, you will work closely with the Head of Strategy and Business Development and leaders across the business to identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business and achieve our strategic objectives.What You'll DoYou will work with senior leaders and other stakeholders within the organization to identify and understand problems and opportunities, come up with insight-driven recommendations, and implement new initiatives that help grow the business. Your responsibilities may include:Identifying and prioritizing step-change growth opportunities and ways to pursue them that balance risk and return (buy, build, acquire, partner)Evaluating, performing due diligence on, and making recommendations regarding new business opportunities (e.g. partnerships, M&A, internal initiatives)Proactively identifying areas of opportunity within our current businesses (e.g. incremental revenue, margin expansion) and working with relevant leaders to scope projects to pursue these opportunitiesTranslating challenging business questions into strategic projects with well-defined objectives, timelines, and resource requirementsIdentifying and seeking appropriate sources of insight (e.g. data analytics, customer insights, market insights) to move strategic projects forwardDriving projects that span multiple departments to deliver results quickly and efficientlyClearly articulating recommendations to internal and external stakeholders; building consensus and managing internal decision-making process with complex stakeholder groupsWorking alongside functional and business teams to ensure projects are set-up for long-term successWhat You'll NeedIf you are a go-getter who loves finding and solving problems, with a desire to contribute to a positive, entrepreneurial, data-driven culture, this job may be for you.
