Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lines Remarketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commercial insurance market, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of securing favorable terms and pricing for clients. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive the best possible coverage at the most competitive rates.Responsibilities:Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify competitive insurance carriers and coverage options for commercial clients.Policy Review & Analysis: Analyze existing commercial insurance policies to identify coverage gaps, potential cost savings, and opportunities for improvement.Quoting & Proposal Generation: Obtain and evaluate quotes from multiple insurance carriers, prepare comprehensive proposals, and present recommendations to clients.Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure the most favorable terms, conditions, and pricing for clients.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters.Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients throughout the remarketing process, providing clear and concise explanations of coverage options and recommendations.Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all remarketing activities, including quotes, proposals, and client pliance: Ensure all remarketing activities comply with industry regulations and agency guidelines.Staying Current: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and new insurance products.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior remarketing staff, as needed.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance remarketing.Proven track record of securing competitive insurance rates and terms.Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and rating platforms.Ability to analyze complex insurance policies and identify coverage gaps.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Property & Casualty Insurance License required.Designations such as CIC, CRM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
