Candidate need to visit Salesforce office 2-4 times a week at: 415 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94105Account manager Client PartnerLocation - Bay Area, CA We are looking for strong technical candidatesJob briefWe are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing and managing client relationships, business strategy, and growth, P&L management, solutions, and deliveryLead account strategy and planning and identify opportunities for growth in the account.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly, communicate the progress of monthlyquarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients andor identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed RequirementsExperience in a professional services environment, working with offshore teamsProven work experience as an Account Manager Client Partner Business Development Manager role at an ITmanagement consulting firmDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce,) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsExperience in handling technical clients.Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, deal shaping, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills Basic qualifications: BABS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.Altimetrik is an equal opportunity employer committed to a culturally diverse workforce.
