About the Company: We are looking for a SalesBusiness Development manager based in Fremont California area who will lead the effort to plan and execute sales and business development strategies to maintain current customer base and also generate new revenue for the company. Reporting to the General Manager, the role will collaborate with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Operations teams as well as with external contractors such as advertising, media companies etc.About the Role: Objectives of this role:Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunitiesIdentify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for shortmediumlong term in accordance with targetsAchieve revenue targetsTake a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnershipsAssist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goalsMotivate the team, track performance, and report metricsDevelop strategies to acquire new customers Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategyGenerate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logisticsDevelop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the companyManage proposal response process, including detailed requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sourcesMaintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations Qualifications:Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in sales techniquesProficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgetingProven ability to plan and manage resources Required Skills:Experience with CRM software (ex: Salesforce or similar)Ability to deliver presentations effectivelyStrong knowledge of North American and European markets Preferred Skills:Experience with CRM software (ex: Salesforce or similar)Ability to deliver presentations effectivelyStrong knowledge of North American and European markets Pay range and compensation package: Pay range or salary or compensationEqual Opportunity Statement: Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
