Certification Details BLS CST or NCCT ND UAP Job Details CST position at St Alexius Health Bismarck Medical Center Must be proficient in either Ortho/Neuro OR General/Robotics 1 year of experience required in relevant specialties Charge Nurse available for all shifts Family atmosphere in the department Job Requirements BLS certification required Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NCCT certification required ND UAP certification required Profile review and manager interview required Schedule Information Rotating 8-hour shifts: , , , (weekend only) 1-2 weeknight call requirements per week Weekend call every 3-4 weekends Must be willing to work holidays 15-minute call response time Unit Specific Information Must have experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo Floating to other specialty cases may be required Additional Details 4-5 days of unit orientation 2 buddy call shifts Must be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases Ability to pick up extra shifts for 1:1 sitting
