Role: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Plymouth, MN - 55442Duration: 9 MonthsShift Timings: 2 PM to 12 AM100% on-site in Plymouth, MNSkills Looking For:Hands-on technical skillsRoot cause problem-solvingProject and time managementAnalytical and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to work in cross-functional teamsSelf-starter with the ability to meet deadlinesDetails of the ProjectProduct they will be dealing with:Supporting the EP Group for their introducers' productsHands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving for manufacturing linesProcess improvements and training operatorsWorking with cross-functional teams such as quality and operationsEquipment and tooling qualifications, process qualifications, and change implementationSupporting projects impacting quality, safety, delivery, and costAny Specific Software Requirements:Experience with HMI for equipment troubleshooting preferredFamiliarity with electronic and pneumatic systems troubleshootingIndustry or Background Preferences:Preferably from medical device manufacturing, but open to candidates from other regulated industries like aerospace.Day to Day Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the production floor (minimum 50% of time spent on-site)Supporting manufacturing processes and equipmentConducting root cause analysis and process improvementsProviding training and support to production operatorsWorking with engineering, quality, and operations teamsManaging process updates, print changes, and asset modificationsAttending shift alignment meetings and supporting production-related administrative tasksEducation and Level of Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering, or related fieldEntry level role with some level of experience; 1-3 years of experience (internships, projects, or co-op experiences are considered)
