Other Duties as Assigned 5%TOTAL 100%Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Planner is responsible for implementing a planned workflow to manage preventative, corrective and improvement work on production equipment, with assistance from their manager and production. They are responsible for coordinating maintenance work and working closely with the maintenance team, engineering, quality and production. The Maintenance Planner must be analytical, highly organized and a strong communicator. They must be safety focused with a desire for ongoing continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:· Implement with maintenance manager and production, a planned workflow process to manage preventive, corrective and improvement work.· Plan all maintenance work orders by assigning the required parts, tools, procedures, drawings, and resources to the work.· Plan the weekly, monthly, yearly and long-term maintenance plans. Examine and prioritizes maintenance activities with team members.· Become the super-user of our CMMS, train existing and new employee how to use the system efficiently.· Supervise a small team to improve spare part and documentation management.· Ensure the equipment parts catalog reflects all plant equipment changes and obtain proper resources for future upgrades so that the catalog continues to be a reliable reference tool for the whole plant.· Work with Reliability Engineer to develop, implement and improve maintenance strategies (Preventive & Predictive)· Review existing preventive maintenance processes for value to the maintenance effort & propose changes as necessary to improve the reliability of the assets.· Work with operations leads and supervisors to utilize operations personnel to assist maintenance effort as well as certain PM's pertaining to operations.· Continually review and evaluate methods, processes, tools, equipment to optimize the maintenance function.Minimum Qualifications:A Minimum two (2) years' experience working in a planning capacity or technical maintenance in a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceo Strong interpersonal and organizational skillso High degree of collaboration with cross-functional teamso Experience in industrial mechanic industryo Strong computer skillso Working knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving toolso Highly motivated with ability to work with minimal supervisiono Must complete record check and drug screening prior to employmento Position is identified as a safety sensitive positionSalary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 AnnuallyBenefits:· Employer paid employee medical & dental benefitso Co-pay for spousedependents· Performance Incentive· Life Insurance· 401K match· Paid PTO· Paid sick days· Paid personal daysQualified applicants should submit a cover letter and resume to no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 6, 2025.All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States of America.Heliene is strongly committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity within our organization and is an equal-opportunity employer.
