As Apple Intelligence and Google Gemini onboard 4 billion people to human-like voice assistants, this platform bridges the gap between raw models and production-ready voice applications. From SaaS and logistics to telehealth, the company is preparing businesses for the voice-driven future. Since launching in March, the startup has quickly scaled revenue and recently raised a Series A from a top-tier firm. As one of the first 10 hires, the Founding Senior Platform Engineer will join the in-office team in San Francisco to further scale the product and infrastructure.Role Overview and Responsibilities:As the Senior Product Engineer at Voice AI, you will lead the designand implementation of the entire frontend Dashboard platform. This is a foundational rolewhere you will have the opportunity to shape the company's culture, own the frontendarchitecture, and work directly with the founding team to deliver features that delight users.Design and ship frontend features that bring value to customers.Enhance the frontend codebase to be more robust, composable, andmaintainable.Collaborate closely with the support team and users, continuously listening tofeedback and shipping improvements.Develop features that focus on delighting customers, such as adding user-friendlyelements and enhancements.Core Requirements:5+ years of experience in Product Engineering or Full Stack (Frontend leaning).2+ years of experience designing and deploying features you've built yourself.Minimum 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced company (Strong proficiency with the React and Typescript frontend stack.Previous experience in a Founding, Senior, Staff, or Principal Engineer role.Willingness to work in-office with the team 6 daysweek in San Francisco.Key Milestones:First 7 days: Ship a pre-scoped frontend feature.First 14 days: Improve the codebase or ship a refactor based on user feedback.First 30 days: Independently ship a feature and complete a customer-focusedimprovement.First 45 days: Collaborate with the growth engineering team to launch a series ofexperiments and enhancements.What they offer :Salary: Competitive, ranging from $200k to $300k.Equity: Significant ownership, ranging from 0.10% to 0.40%.Location: Based in San Francisco, with the opportunity to work closely with thefounders and shape the direction of the company.
