Job Title: Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) - Emerging MarketsLocation: Bentonville, Fayetteville, Fort Smith ARJob Type: Temporary Agency WorkerWork Schedule: Standard Business HoursRemote: Yes, with travel requiredPay Rate: $37hr. $40hr.About the Role:We are seeking an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets to join our Outside Sales team. As an aGML, you will be responsible for driving new business across your assigned geography and contributing to the growth strategy for a leading brand. In this field-based position, you'll focus on emerging markets, primarily rural areas, and work directly with local and regional restaurants to build partnerships and expand our footprint.You will work closely with a Regional Sales Manager to manage a largely transactional deal cycle, traveling to meet with restaurant owners, negotiate revenue share agreements, and help close new business within days. Most transactions will be conducted face-to-face, and your role requires travel, including several overnight stays, as you help extend the brand's reach into untapped markets.Key Responsibilities:Travel to emerging markets and establish new partnerships with local and regional restaurants.Sell the value of partnering with our platform and negotiate mutually beneficial revenue share agreements.Excel in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment, closing new business quickly.Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager and utilize sales tools, drop-off materials, gift cards, business cards, etc.Travel will be within 1 hour of your hired city, with occasional overnight trips and longer travel days (6-7 hours driving or flights).Compensation:Base salary with additional commission for each new restaurant partnership secured, capped at $1,750month once minimum partnership targets are met.About You:You have 2.5+ years of experience in a closing sales role or a related field.You are willing and able to travel frequently, with at least 50% travel to meet with restaurant owners.You are efficient and strategic in utilizing inside and outside sales tactics to meet goals.You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy creating strategies and scalable success.Benefits:Travel expenses covered by the company.Laptop and necessary work tools provided.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a growing team.Benefits that Russell Tobin offers:Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
