Position OverviewUltimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Accounting Administrative Assistant to join their client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various core areas including rental, accounting, administrative, maintenance administration, and fleet management. This position is full-time and requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesCore Areas of Responsibility:RentalAccountingAdministrativeMaintenance AdministrationFleet ManagementKey Responsibilities:Assist customers with disputes and questions related to rentals.Handle customer requests for special projects involving equipment rentals on job sites.Create and maintain equipment files, both digital and physical, utilizing the equipment intakedisposal sheet.Coordinate with Rental Vision contacts and IT services to ensure updates and resolve IT issues.Open and close contracts utilizing the DPO process.Enter and verify data to assist in accurate coding of job numbers.Serve as an alternate resource for PMs on job sites regarding equipment requests, repairs, etc.Assist with hotel stays as needed.Provide backup support to the Rental Manager.QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to interface with all levels of personnel within the company.Detail-oriented and organized.Understanding of rental functions is a plus.Ability to learn computer programs quickly.Required Work HoursThe position requires working Monday through Friday, adhering to the standard first shift schedule.BenefitsDetails regarding benefits are not provided in this description, but competitive benefits are typically offered for similar roles.Additional DetailsInterested candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and possess excellent communication skills.
