Join the PMMA team to provide the best quality of life and care for our residents!A Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for carrying out human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, worker's compensation claims, FMLA, payroll timecard submission and assisting with other functions within the department. The HR Coordinator works closely with other members of the senior living community supporting the overall mission of the organization. They consult with the local Executive Director, Regional Human Resources Director or corporate Human Resources regarding policies, procedures and terminations.
