Montway has safely shipped 1 million+ vehicles and strives to deliver a 5-star experience with peace-of-mind transport.Responsibilities:Pricing and improved pricingWorking with the operations team to ensure great serviceHandle and resolve escalated claims disputesEnsure 100% customer retention for your defined book of businessProactively identify key risks within your book of businessGrow accounts through location expansion and driving adoption with partnersIdentify opportunities to cross-sell related products by working cross functionally to expand your accountsProactively plan and communicate with your book of business through outbound phone calls, monthly reviews, and ongoing performance deliveryChampion partner feedback to help drive insightsBuild meaningful, lasting relationships to make Montway's platform of choice for our B2B partnersProactively manage renewal and up-sell opportunities for all current clients Serve as the liaison between the client, Montway's internal teams - support Montway'sBest Practices on design and approach for the clientProvide regularly scheduled communications and KPI updates with clients and internal stakeholders - you are responsible for keeping all parties informed and on schedule, a monumental and complex taskBe comfortable presenting insights, data & KPI metrics during client meetingsDevelop a keen understanding of how the Montway platform and unique products will deliver brand value in support of the client's goalsSupport Montway billing efforts for our clients from invoice to payoutPerform data entry into CRM and Admin system for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders and special orders and providing customers with quotes, shipment instruction, and delivery confirmation and status updates; researches any other inquiries as requestedMinimal required travel visiting personal territories, directed by managementManage and mentor a team of Account Executives (assist with training, shadowing, and interviewing of potential Account Executives as needed)Managerial Responsibilities:Hold morning huddles with the team twice a weekMonthly 1:1 with each Account ExecutiveHold weekly huddles for Senior A.E.s to work on leadership skillsTrack goals of the team and run daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
