Inside Sales Representative

About the Role - The Inside Sales Representative candidate will be primarily responsible for inbound and outbound telephonic sales to existing clients and prospects. The organization seeks reliable, competitive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic candidates who have inside sales experience and want to play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving sustainable growth through targeted upselling initiatives and exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesInbound and outbound telephonic sales to existing clients and prospects.Building customer loyalty and driving sustainable growth through targeted upselling initiatives.Providing exceptional customer service.Qualifications1-3 years of inside sales experience. 5 years of overall experience preferred.Exceptional communication skills.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Required SkillsExperience with sales CRM software is preferred.Pay range and compensation package - Base salary between $45,000 and $55,000.
